Pedal Faster Suzi!

Name: Pedal Faster Suzi!

Collection: Holland 2012

Colour: Light Rose Shimmer

Coats: 3

Pros: A very pretty, subtle pink with a hint of shimmer. The formula is pretty thin so it takes about 3 coats, but it isn’t too watery for application. This pink has just enough shimmer for excitement, but it is still sophisticated enough that for a formal occasion or lovely spring day.

Cons: It’s a very light pink so if you want to make a statement, this is not a good choice. Although it lasts quite long, it starts to wear off instead of chipping.

Similar shades: Quite similar to “Aphrodite’s Pink Nightie” which is a frosted rose pink or OPI “Shanghai Shimmer” adds a bit of mauve to the frosty rose.

This is a sample colour provided by OPI!

Grand Canyon Sunset

Name: Grand Canyon Sunset

Collection: Classic Collection

Colour: Dusty, Rosy Coral

Coats: Was opaque after 1 coat but I applied 2 for a lasting effect

Pros: This rosy shade is great for adding warmth to pale skin. It’s creamy consistency is easy to apply and goes on completely opaque while a hint of shimmer that adds dimension.

Cons: Loved the colour the only thing bad is that I broke a huge part of my nail off while wearing it, but at least the colour keeps my nails looking fancy!

Similar Shades: “Suzi Sells Sushi by the Seashore” is a paler rose but also has the same light hint of sparkle. “Tropical Punch” is a deeper rose without the sparkle or creamy finish.

Tickle My France-y

Name: Tickle My France-y

Collection: Collection De France

Colour: Mauvey Taupe

Coats: 2

Pros: A warm nude colour that is feminine, attractive and professional. It works well with most skin tones and is super easy to apply with no streaking or dents.

Cons: I don’t really have anything bad to say about this colour except that it if you are looking to make an impact with your nails this isn’t very flashy or exciting. You can make a bigger impact by applying three coats though.
